How does the shipping process work?
Once you have placed an order on our website you will receive a confirmation sent to your email address, confirming the order placed.
Most orders are sent within 24 hours.
Posters will be packaged in a Pipe or box depending on the size of the order.
We always pack safety to prevent damage to the products during shipment.
We send out an email once your order has been shipped from our distribution warehouse.
Estimated delivery date is completely dependent on the delivery system in the state where the product is being shipped to.

Orders are sent by UPS or USPS.
You must be present at the shipping address to authorize your package upon arrival.

Where is my order?
Delays are usually caused by the local post office.
If your package has not come within the estimated time of arrival we recommend to contact the local post office to check if there are any packages being held under your name. Check also if you have applied the correct address when the order was placed. We are not responsible for any faulty information.
Is it possible to track my order?
You can track your order if you choose UPS delivery.
You cannot track your order if it has been send through the Postal Service.
There is not a tracking or reference number.
Problems with received orders?
You should always check that you have received the correct order and that no damage has been caused to the product.
If the product has been damaged during shipment you are to make a claim to UPS or the postal service directly when delivered.
If you have received products you have not ordered, or if the quantity is incorrect you are to send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible.
